I have removed the battery, air filter box and the front wheel. I was getting ready to remove the transmission support brackets. I notice there does not seem like there is any room to move the cover to the solenoids. On top there a lot of wires that to do not seem to be able to move and I can not see how to get to from the bottom. The cover plate as I see has about 15 - 9mm screws all the way around. Am I not seeing something? Or am I trying to remove the wrong thing?

It sounds like you are in the right place. Take a look at the pic I have attached.

I am sorry, I may had not stated my question correctly.
There is a cover over the Solenoids. I can't figure out how to move the cover out of the way to get to the solenoids. There does not seem to be enough room. There are wires on the top side. It appears to be big to go left and right and to bring it strait down.

How do I get the cover out of the my way?

Thanks,
OCjohnny
