I have a 2003 mirage and I think I have damaged my computer? I cannot start my car, I have power, fuel, everything except spark from leads? But here is the funny thing if I disconnect the two computers (main and mysterious one in middle or dash near gear stick) and reconnect it will start but stall as soon as you pull throttel cable. What do I do?

You better leave the mystery computer alone. It is the air bag computer.

Leave the other one alone because you aren't doing anything except wearing out the connections.

Get back to basics. You are missing spark. Let me know exactyly what you are missing and we'll go from there I suspect a coil pack bad.

A bad computer occurs in one of 5000 car problems.

Ok I can get the car to start but only once after I disconnect and reconnect the main computer but it will only idel. If I quickly touch the trottel it will stall but I can increse rpm but only slowly up and down. The car has only done 50 thow k's but it has been a hard 50 as I am running nos. But this shouldn't to anything to the dizzy? Should it. I have 4 point spark plugs chage oil ect regualy and do look after it but wouldn't suprise me if it has something to do with it.

Hummm, the only sensor that changed immediatly when yoiu increase RPM is the throttle positon sensor. If you have a meter, proble the center wire with key off. Tuen the key on (no start) and manually increase the throttle angle. The voltage should go up slowy to 5 volts with about.8 to 1 volt at the throttle stop. Good luck
