There is also another thing, the car has a clicking sound that comes out from behind the cd player when I try to start the car, could it be the ecu? And would a computer from a 91 stealth be useful, as I had one replaced on one recently, but the block blew out on it.

Could it be the throttle position sensor? Or could this iac be faulty as well-could be the TPS try checking its resistances and closed and open voltages. Also the airflow meter.
