2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My Eclipse has a Fosgate AM/FM stereo with CD changer and the CD player seems to be jammed up. None of the CD's will eject and the player won't play. The radio works just fine. There is a code on the display that reads E03. Is this an easy fix that I can take care of myself or am I going to have to go to the dealer to get the unit repaired?

Usually this is a fault with the player and not a DIY project.
