Changed thermastat bleed coolant line know have a bad miss do u t
hink something got wet? Was not missing at first

I am going to assume it overheated and thats why you changed the thermostat.

You may hvae damaged the head gasket if that is the case

if not, check all ignition wires for dampness and arcing

Oil and water not mixing. Wasn't missing when pulled in shop after I changed thermostat then started missing.

Oil and water do not have to mix for blown head gasket. Have a compression test and leak down test done to check the cylinders
