A misfire number 1 coil on plug. So I thought maybe coil so I swapped 1 to 2 cleared code and it went to no 2.I bought a new coil. The same misfire in number 2. Cleared code put 2 back to 1 misfire number 1. So does any one have any experience on this?Thank you

Hi,

Is it possible (and I realize unlikely) that you got another bad coil? Try switching it with cylinder 3 or 4 and see if the misfire follows the coil. If it does, try yet another coil.

Let me know. Based on the description, I feel the same as you. It doesn't make sense.

Also, let me know if there are other codes that showed up.

Joe
