I have a misfire code P0302 coil on plug system cylinder 2.I swapped coil 2 with coil 3.Now can I get a scanner and erase the existing misfire no.2 code and see if it moves to no.3.then I will know if it is the coil?

That's pretty much what we would do, but to go further, swap the coil with one cylinder, spark plug with a different cylinder, and you can even swap the injector with a third cylinder. If you don't have access to a scanner, a less desirable way to erase codes is to disconnect the negative battery cable for a minute, or just watch if a misfire code sets for a different cylinder.
