Ok the other day my car started to miss fire and splutter and drink my fuel like there was no tomorrow, I took it to a garage and got it tested, they told me that it was the COIL PACK, SPARK PLUGS AND LEADS had burnt out, they qouted me £415 I refused and went ahead on renewing them myself, once renewed I tried the car and it was fine after a short time it started agen, I was informed my catalyst converter had blown, so I bought a new one and installed it, everything now sounds fine when I start the car up, no banging no splutter, but then I accelerate, it just wont let me the car looses all power and just wont let me push it, I also renewed the 02 sensor plug aswell hoping that might help, but still nothing, ive checked the spark plugs time and time again but cant find a fault with them, please can you help me

many thanx Gary Patterson

Check the fuel pressure/throttle position sensor/MAP/BARO sensor. Might also want to check the exhaust system for restriction.
