I was pulling a small trailer with ATV going up a hill and needed more acceleration. Floored the pedal and engine went into overdrive, then suddenly the engine lost all power, did not die immediately but after I pulled over and turned off the key, could not get started again. Towed it home and checked the electrical for spark. Plugs working. Removed gas tank cap and had wife turn on key and heard fuel pump whirring. Any way to check pressure regulator without moving vehicle. Any other thoughts.
