WAS TOLD CYCLINDER 2 MISSING, REPLACED IGNITION COIL, SPARK PLUGS & WIRES. REPLACED FUEL INJECTORS FOR CYCLINDER 1, 2, &3. RE-SCANNED. NOW SHOWS CODE PO300, PO302, PO306, &PO316. PLEASE HELP DOWN TO MY LAST END.

HAve you checked the fuel pump pressure? Also, I'm sure you realize the codes, random misfire, cyl 2. However, regarding the po316, I have found cases of the coil being bad and causing the rough idle, and a bad connection on the B+ wire at the coil. Check that and let me know what you find. Also, you may need to do a compression test to determine if there is a burnt valve.
