I recently was having car idle problems where it would idle so low that sometimes it would make the car shut off. I was told that it was my air compressor unit that was the problem, so I got that fixed and my car was ok for a few days. The check engine light ame on, so I brought it back to get it tested (the car is not really running very smoothly) Apparently nothing came up on the diagnostic check exceptt for a dirty sensor? I leftt and the check engine light came back on. Now it idlws very low and if I am at a stop li9ght or warming up th car it almost stalls out. I cannot use my heat because it makes things way worse. Help? I want to take it back to the guy, but I feel like I am crying wolf!

Can you tell us which sensor. Preferably, a code number. Tell you what. Take your vehicle to your local Autozone and ask them to scan your computer. Write down the codes and please post the code numbers here.

I don't remember seeing air suspension on a Sable. Does it idle (better) with mass air flow disconnected?
