We put a new power steering pump and new belts on two month ago. The last two weeks I have been putting fluid in and it seems to be going somewhere because there is no leak or puddles on the ground. Yesterday I had put some fluid in and was turning the steering wheel to get the fluid moving thruigh the pump. I heard a small pop, the steering fluid was all over the back of the enginge. I cannot find a leak. Now when I put the fluid in there is no whinning of the power steering and the fluid is going somewhere. The steering is not working either. Where could it be, or what could it be?

The leak could be anywhere in the power steering system, probably a burst hose. Just the way your talking tells me that this job is beyond your ability and it needs to get towed to a shop to be diagnosed and repaired correctly.
