1993 Mercury Sable car wont crank up

Hi I own a 93 mercury sable wagon, and lately i'm having problems it wont crank up sometimes I would have to wait an hour and then it would start but not today it wont start I have a half tank of fuel but nothing I know it would crank after I hear the fuel going thru the lines but this time I heard silence please help me I need my car cause I live 25 miles away from town so here in florida I need a car to get around and I brought it to my mechanic and he changed out the starter but its still doing the same thing and I cant afford to bring it to the ford dealer they are too expensive

Find the fuel pump connector and run direct battery voltage to it and see what happens if it comes On do below

Check the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay-
