My Mercedes C280

I am in a process to buy this Mercedes 1995 C280 6 cylinders with 118.000ml and the Air condition not working and the Radio Cassette not working, but the heat yes, it's working. The dealer told me that somebody must have played with the buttons as the car comes with a Card and has a code on it. What's your advise? I'm new to this website. Thanks !

If you try to turn the radio on does it say "code" or "code needed". On the a/c system check to see if there is refrigerant in the system, start there and get back to us. :D welcome to the forum.
