2003 Mazda Tribute Engine misfire

My moms mazda is missing, has very poor exhiliration and had it diagnosed engine code PO 304 and PO 316 and misfire cylinder 4 it is running but barely. Thank you Tom Mitchell

My wife's 2003 Tribute is doing the same thing. I had my daughter take it to Akin Ford in athens, Ga. And they think it may be the catalytic converter, but needed to run more test. Has anyone else heard this?
