2004 Mazda RX8 check engine light blinks

2004 Mazda RX8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 31000 miles
it starts and runs fine, but when driven after about 5minutes the check engine light blinks at random RPM's but still runs fine. then at idle it stops blinking...tried coils those are new...and the plugs are new also. what is wrong?

Something triggered that check engine light-Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.

it has a misfire code. P0302 and i replaced coils and wires...my plugs are new also... now what
