What are the things the car is doing right now? Is there a fast ticking noise, or just one click? Are there even any lights coming on? If there are no lights, doublecheck the wiring and make sure the connections are secure and free of corrosion. Also pull the battery and make sure it's charged up. If you do have lights coming on but don't have anything happening when you turn the key, it's a problem with the ignition switch. If you have lights and are experiencing those different types of ticking, then your headed closer to the engine, like the starter or starter solenoid. Get some more details and we'll get that thing turned over.
