2002 Mazda Protege water leakage

What would need to be done with this leak problem in my 2002 Mazda Protege- water seem to enter the car and drain down to the carpet area front and back also i've found water in the trunk area.

Check the gaskets in the trunk for leak. Does this only appear when driving it or if the vehicle is sitting in the rain?
