When the problem occurred, you would need to test/check to see what is mising.

There are various possible causes.
1. Power supply. It could be a faulty ignition switch or loose connections somewhere. It intermittenly fails after heating up and losing continuity. Cooling down allows the contacts to work again.
2. Faulty ignition coil. Heating up causes it to fail.
3. Faulty fuel pump or its circuit.
