2001 Mazda b2300 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 69000 miles
every time i accelerate form a stop the engine appears to vibrate after it is going its ok just when i am at complet stop

How does the vibration feel like? Is it vibration as if shocks are not absorbed or engine is misfiring?
If shocks are not being absorbed, then it could be the engine mounts are faulty.
If it is engine that is misfiring, then you need to check the spark plugs and related parts.
