When using the left blinker WITH the headlights on, front blinker flashes quickly along with dashlights and tail/brake lights. Also noticed that the wrong filament (low intensity) is blinking instead of the high intensity one.

Check the bulb sockets and make sure they are clean and the bulb makes a good connection. A bulb that is in a little off could cause this problem, a bad ground or connection could also do it, check the sockets and bulbs on the left side of vehicle.

Thanks for your help M_J

Checked bulb and sockets and all looks good. In fact, car had a fender bender on left side 2-3- months ago and both headlight and flasher usint assemblies are new. Coincidence that the problem occurs on that side (All worked fine for 2-3- months) ! Here is more info:

- When left blinker or 4-way flashers are used, the low intensity filament flashes (front left) instead of the high intensity
- When lights are turned on along with flasher, brake lamps and dashboard lights flash. A LOUD clicking noise can be heard from the fuses/relays under the hood

Any ideas? Thanks for your help !
