It has a regular engine miss and has failed cylinder #2 no change when you move the plug. The sparks plug are new. The RPM are seesaw when decelerate

compression is well, fine good
A interruption of continuous power during acceleration (HESITATE). When decelerate the RPM is seesaw. and then stabilizes or stall
