When I turn on my 1993 mazda 626 the car immidiatley goes up to 4,000-5,000 rpm for like 10 mins the it suddenly drops down to 1,000rpm-2,000 and it does the same pattern goes up to 2,000rpm but then drops to 1,000 rpm.I took it to change the throttle and body and the sensors allready but the same problem is still there

I did that same thing 3 times but the car still does the same thing I bought the throttle positioning sensor and I put it in and the same thing happens.
I cleaned out the idle control valve and the same thing

where is the connector for the diagnosis scan tools on this car?

where is the connector for the diagnosis scan tools on this car? The DLC is mounted on side of fuse/relay block in engine compartment and also clean the EGR valve and the Airflow sensor also check for vacuum leaks when its up at that idle -see below
