My vehicle just blows out lukewarm heat. Never hot like it should. Changed thermostat. Flushed it. Bled it. Still not much for heat?

I would start the engine and get it warm, then feel both heater hoses going to the heater core (firewall) if both hoses are hot, I would swap out the temperature blend door actuator which are common for going out. This guide may help as well:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I will swap that out with a new one, but does it need to be recalibrated after doing so?

The new actuator does not need to be programmed.

3. Remove the screws that secure the blend door actuator to the top of the HVAC housing.
4. Remove the blend door actuator.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the blend door actuator in place.
2. Install and tighten the screws that secure the blend door actuator to the housing. Tighten the mounting screws to 2.4 (± 0.34) Nm (21 (± 3) in. Lbs.).
3. Install the HVAC housing into the vehicle.
4. Install the blend door actuator electrical connector from the wiring harness through the glove box.
5. Connect the battery negative cable.

Let us know how it goes.
