1995 Lincoln Town Car Brake Lights

1995 Lincoln Town Car V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200+ miles

Although lights do light up when I turn on the lights, the brake lights do not. Even the stop center brake light located in the ineterior of the car does not light up when I press the brakes. At first I thought I was the bulbs but not all the bulbs could go out a once could they? Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Check the fuse and the brake light switch on top of the brake pedal, start here.

BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH IS STICKING. SPRAY WITH WD40 AND LUBE WITH MOTOR OIL, IF THAT DOESNT WORK REPLACE SWITCH. EZ JOB
