Fuel pump reset switch

Where is the Fuel Pump shut down switch. Car ran out of gas and now it appears the engine is not getting any gas.

Inertia Fuel Shut-Off Switch Under right side of dash. You sure its not the fuel filter clogged or the fuel pump got fried when it went dry. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
