2000 Lincoln Navigator All Wheel Drive

I AM THINKING OF PURCHASEING ATHIS TRUCK FROM A PRIVATE OWNER BUT NOT SURE HE SAID THAT HE REBUILD THE ENGINE AT 80.000 AND NOW IT READS 120.000 IS THAT GOOD AND ALSO WHEN I TEST DROVE IT WHEN I FIRST STARTED IT UP IT MADE A NOISE WHICH STOP AFTER ABOUT FIVE MINS. OF DRIVING HE TOLD ME THAT WAS SOME TYPE OF ENGINE BELT THAT HE COULD REPLACE FOR ABT 60.00 BUCKS AND ALSO AFTER DRIVING THE TRUCK FOR ABT 15MINS THE FAN CAME ON TO COOL THE TRUCK BUT IT WAS KIND OF LOUD DO THESE SOUND LIKE MAJOR PROBLOMS HE ASKING 8000 FOR VEHCILE

The belt may just need to be tightened but may need to be replaced you can do that you're self and save the money the belt cost $37.00 as for the fan being loud they are sometimes loud but it also could be the fan clutch witch you can change also the fan clutch is $74.00 you can buy the truck it sounds like all easy fixes and I can help you through the repairs
