I have a lincoln navigator year 2003 with 59,600 mileage on it. This is a 8 cylinder suv.

I just bought this suv from a private seller and I only drive about 5 miles a day. I put $50 in the tank and it doesn't even last me a week. When I click the info button on my car it says that I am getting only 5.7 miles per gallon. In the manual it says that it supposed to give about 13 miles per gallon. Do you think I need a tune up? What can be the problem? What can I do?

With 60k I would reccomend a main tune up to start with and have the codes read to see if there is anything in freezeframe ata and go from there, these vehicles require maint tune up at 60k start there and let us know
