I CAN'T GET MY LUG NUTS OFF. THEY TURN BUT DO NOT UNSCREW.

Ok, you will possibly need to grind/cut them off. One of two things has happened, the wheel stud is spinning in the hub, or the lug nut has stripped an area on the stud and cant grab the threads. If the latter, try getting something (straight screwdriver) between the nut and wheel to pry out with while trying to unthread it. Might grab threads and come off. Otherwise you will need to cut/grind them off and replace the wheel studs
