Lincoln Continental Repair Question

Rear Brake Pads
2000 Lincoln Continental....I replaced the front brake pads and rotors with no problems.....I'm doing the rears now but I can't get the piston on the brake caliper to retract to fit the new pads. I put the c-clamp on it and openned the bleeder, but it won't bugde....what am I doing wrong?

they dont work the same way the front do
you have to turn the piston as you pushing in
they have a tool for it
