Power locks

I have a 1997 Lincoln Continental. All the 4 power locks stopped working today and the power windows on the driver side do not respond. All the fuses appear normal and everything else works. Is this an actuator problem? Can I repair this myself?

Thank you,
Tom

Replace that black box insde your front driver's side arm rest. The box that's connected to your window controls. P.s. Don't forget to get the code off the new box ... it's for your keyless entry code!
