THE FRONT DOOR HANDLE OUTSIDE ON BOTH DOORS WILL NOT OPEN DOORS WHEN THE DOORS ARE UNLOCKED HOW DO YOU REMOVE INSIDE PANEL TO GET AT LOCKS? WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM

DO YOU HAVE ANY PICTURE?

If the door latch will not open the door, but you can still use the keyless entry (key pad) to open the doors, then your problem is a broken plastic latch, that connects to the locking mechanism to the rod that is actuated by the door handle. It is buried down by the door lock mechanism. A Chilton, or a Hayes manual will have a diagram, the part can be purchased at any Ford dealership. It is about $6 USD. FYI, the P/N in the manual is incorrect. I will check on it. --- Alfredo
