2001 Kia Sportage hard to starting

I have a 2001 Kia it will start but it's hard starting.
It started when it was cold like -5 outside put de icer but it's still hard to start but it will start. It's turn
over alot before it's start. Any ida could it be fuel ragulator. Please get back to me. Thank you

My sportage starts at 40 below but it doesnt like it. Try cycling the key 2 or 3 times. Every time you cycle the key, it squirts fuel. This can help sometimes. A block heater is a great help in cold climates like in Alaska where I live. A block heater and a battery pad to keep the battery warm is recommended
