Probable causes here could be the blower motor, resistor, blower relay or the fuse.

Is the fan not working or just not blowing out the ducts. my problem is the A/C fan is turning but no air is emitting through the ducting. You can here the fan but it is as it the ducts are blocked. this is a intermittent problem and have not been able to reproduce it at the dealer.

Does the fan work with the heater?

The blower motor functions for both AC and Heater it blows out the Heat and Cold-sounds as though you have a problem with the blower motor if there's no heat or cold air coming out of the vents/ducts and you don't hear trhe blower motor operating
