UPON ACCELERATION (FROM STANDSTILL OR PASSING) VAN DEVELOPS A WASHBOARD / RIPPLEING EFFECT. MORE SEVERE AT MID SPEEDS.
NEW TIRES AND 4 WHEEL ALINGNMENT LAST WEEK DID NOT HELP.

So this is a suspension problem and not engine misfire? The engine accelerates ok? Did they do a full inspection of the suspension when they aligned it? Im a little confused by your description. Does the steering wheel saw back and forth? Is this a bouncy vibration or a shimmy like side to side?

The steering wheel does not vibrate. The entire van does. After talking with a co worker, he thinks it's the rear motor mount. Checked it out, and the motor does move fwd quite a bit when giving it gas with the brakes on. Might have drive shaft issue too. THink I'll pursue it. What say you /

Definitly, if the mounts are out it can put cv's/ujoints in bad angles and create vibrations
