2003 Kia Sedona Idels below 1000 RPM

I have two problems one is when I am at a idel the engine runs below 1000 rpm. Two the side door handle on the rear handle behind the driver side is broken, can I get the part and replace this myself.

You should be able to get a door handle to replace yours. The cheapest option would be a recycle/salvage yard !
