2003 Kia Optima electrical

When im driving the ac unit and the radio start to flicker.I had the battery the alternator checked and they are both fine. What could be the problem?

I would start by checking for a ground problem. Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight, the ground at the engine and all body ground straps are clean and tight.
