Hi
My car is just recently started blowing white smoke when I start the car. It seems to disapate after a few seconds.
What could the cause of this be and is it lifethreatening for the car.
I am booking it in for a service within the next week, would this likely fix the problem?

HI there,

White smoke is usually a sign that coolant is entering the combustion chamber, this will have to be investigated, have you noticed any loss of coolant in the recient past.

Ok,

It may be a condensation issue then, ask your mechanic to check this out.
