I bought my vehicle from a friend they said it needed a coil. So I bought a new one and put it on still did not start. I noticed it had a new cap and wires and plugs, so I took the cap of and found that the rotor was broken and held in with only one a screw. So I went and bought a new rotor and put it on, now it will fire but will not run. What should I look for or try to get this beast running? I was also told it ran fine be for they changed the cap and plugs and it seems to have fuel in the injector rail. What is your input?

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge 60-66 psi auto parts rent it. it may be low or no fuel pressure or it may be the security system knocking it out, even if security light is not on. try a security reset then check fuel pressure if none check relay and fuse as both are in under hood box. See link for fuel pressure testing and picture for how to reset security system.
