99 Jeep Wrangler flasher problem

I am in the Bahamas and there is no mechanic or garage available. When I turn on emergency flasher only left front light works. When I turn on the turn signals, only the rear signal lights work - front does not work. All bulbs and fuses are fine.

How long has the jeep been there? Maybe the salt air has corroded some ground wires.

It is garaged. I wash car weekly and powerwash it every two weeks. Underneath is coated with used motor oil. It was working fine until about 2 months ago.
