Very scary noticed it again at slower speed when I hit a manhole cover. What could cause this and how do I remedy

I doubt if anything is worn out at that low of mileage, recheck the lift to be sure nothing was left loose or has come loose. What exactly was in the 2.5 lift kit? I have installed a few on older Cherokees, but not a Wrangler

The terra flex lift had 4 new shocks and springs an some other supports I did not install I had someone do it. Ive heard the drop tracking brackets would fix for rear tracking also that it might be tie rod issue, possibly needing upgraded tierods

For only a 2.5 inch lift I doubt you would have to change out the tie-rod ends. If it didnt do this before, I would double-check the work that was done to it. Was it aligned afterward?
