1995 Other Jeep Models R & P ratio's

Hello I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2L Limited, I have been trying to find out what the gear ratio is so that I can change the speedo gear so that I can stop getting tickets for going 4 to 7 miles faster than what it reads. The reason I am asking is that the tags on both diff's are missing and there is no info in the repair book that I have (chilton and haynes) any help would be very greatful. And the tires and wheels are not

You could go to a dealer, give them the serial # of the vehicle, and they should be able get the info you need. Also, generally, one tooth equals 4MPH. If you get a gear with one more, or two more teeth, it should go 4 to 7 MPH slower.
