1994 Other Jeep Models stalls

The engine will stall out while driving after it has been sitting for 12 hours or more. I have to go under the hood and unhook the censor to get it started back up then after a couple of times stalling out and doing the same thing it will run fine the rest of the day. It seems to do this when the humidity is very high. No one seeme to be able to figure this out. PLEASE HELP

What plug are you actually undoing? And have you run a scan as yet to check for any unresolved fault codes?

The cesnsor that is on back of the carb. The censor that is in the middle. Yes we have had checks ran everthing checks out ok.
