1993 Other Jeep Models problem starting

My jeep has a hard time starting. When I turn the key it cranks but doesnt start. If I wait 2-5 minutes I hear clicking in the relay box for the pump relay and auto shutdown relay. I have changed the relays and the fuel pump

Go ahead and check the pump pressure just to eliminate this. If ok also check the pressure regulator. Other ideas might be temp sending unit telling the pc to dump more gas on initial start up if its not reading correctly. Get back to me and let me know how it goes. Thanks Curt
