You need to have yuor Jeep radio fixed at a radio repair shop or bring it to the dealer. It is not a home repair.

Is it a factory 6-disc CD player? If so the Dealer has to be able to do something for you. I know most dealers send radios out for repairs to a seperate shop somewhere.

A high end car electronics shop should have a radio repair technition as well. If not they might be able to refer you to someone.

Yes it is factory and the dealer did not know of any place to go. I will try Best Buy or Circuit City.
