Front right tire wear

I have a 99 jeep grand cherokee laredo (rear wheel drive/and no four wheel drive) i've noticed i've gotten excessive wear on the front right tire on the outside. The alignment seems to be pretty good. Except sometimes I notice it wants to pull a little when I stop. (It could be the slope/crown of road). Am I looking at a tie rod/uc joint? I've got a lot of miles on my vehicle from driving on these tires, but this front tire has the most wear. Any help or suggestions?

Id replace the tires, ball joints, tie rods and brake pads all @ once then its all done, if not its gonna be 1 thing after another, if you like you jeep and wanna take care of it, then thats what I would do
