See my profile........I know little about your rig

See if info in this answer of mine helps, this could be your problem.

Roger, I'm with you on the heat part,

Did you watch the You Tube Link in the other answer?

Did it resemble your problem at all?

Like I said, I do not know your rig well,

Have you checked fuses (all locations, see owners manual)

Did it sorta act up, and gradually turned into this?

What about "Jiggling Controls" Holding up or down on them,......between settings etc.......Maybe its contacts on the switch going bad?

Can you tell from owners manual whether there might be a relay(s) involved, with the blower?

Did you know another possible source for a fix, might be Autozone or Advance Auto?.......They see stuff like this alot, and may be able to ease your pain fast!

I always find the "Been there a long time, Mature feller" to assist me with wild stuff.

My CJ5, "Mr. Jeep" is Deadlined for a Manual Transmission overhaul, I'm waiting on the kit now. He is my Everyday driver

I can understand your cold deal, I am driving "WILLY" for the time being (1946 Willys Jeep) He is my warm climate "Show-off" driver..........Check out the Warm Air Containment System he has!

He almost looks like a Toy Model siitting in the front yard!

Hi, I watched the video and think I have a different problem. Have checked all the fuses. I did have the heater core changed a few months ago but not sure if there was a problem as I didnt need any heat at the time. I have jigged with the controls and no change. Could it be a problem with the control panel?

Thanks for your help

With the heater core change, maybe a wire was left loose. Or maybe they reconnected them to the wrong connection.

Can you get the Heater Core guy to reinspect his work?

A cheap alternative to a parts changing is a Auto Salvage Yard. Many times the "Little Operation" will assist you in installing, they might even diagnose the problem.

Whats your thoughts?

Hi, thought maybe a wire was off behind the heater controls, but they look ok, have checked fuses. Did go back to garage and they say a new problem now, because it was awhile ago they changed the core out. Not sure of my next step.

Thanks again for your help

Try the Salvage Yard Deal. Little guys. They are lifesavers sometimes.I always carry a small cooler with soft drinks and water. Divied out at proper times, will sometimes get you a discount, and make a good 1st impression for future trips!
