I have a 89 jeep comanchee, 4 cyl, manual transmission, 2wd. My truck vibrates horribly at 35 mph. It used to start vibrating at 70 mph. But here recently it has been at 35 mph. I have brand new tires. I checked and repacked my front wheel bearings. And it does it at the same speed no matter if im in 3rd, 4th, or 5th gear

Tires could cause the problem even new ones. Try changing rear to front and see if it changes. And then crawl under th truck and look around the u-joints for rust around the caps. If you see rust then the u-joints need replacing. Also check to see if maybe a weight fell off one of the tires.
