bad shack

i have a 1993 cherokee that has 162000 miles with a 4.0L . at around 55 mph i get a very bad shack in the frount end. i have moved tires from frount to back an still have same shack but not as bad and i have checked my tierod ends. i have had some people tell me it could be a worpedroter but i have no pulsiting in my brake pebel.

try to have the tires balanced
and checked.
rotors will make truck shack only when apply brakes !!
