My Jeep will not pass inspection. Every thing that is required to pass inpection is fine, but the mechanics computer keeps it from passing, because it says we need a new computer. Our mechanic has put in 3 new computers to no avail, the check engine still come on. Would you have any other suggestions. I am now on a ten day inspection pass.

Hi fllimo,

Thank you for the donation.

Do you mean to say the Check Engine light is always on but no error code is found?
A bad ECM ground would cause the problem if the above is correct.
